Sports Performance Training

I work with volleyball athletes one on one and in doubles sessions to help them become the best athlete they can be

Sports Performance training comes in packages so you can easily fit sessions in and around practices and tournaments. Packages of 4, 8, and 12 are available. The first session will include a full assessment, programming will be based on the assessment. We focus on strengthening weak areas, mobilizing tight areas, improving physical and mental agility, and position specific training.
