ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Edmonton, AB

I did gymnastics for 12 years, then switched to volleyball

I competed in high level volleyball throughout school, on club teams, on Team Alberta, and through college

I have diplomas in Acting for Film and Television, Personal Training, and Applied Nutrition Sciences

I absolutely love food, it’s one of my greatest joys

My dog Jackie is an Australian Bernedoodle and the light of my life

Board games are my favourite pass time, but I also love painting and anything involving food

I believe in TINY HABITS, BODY NEUTRALITY, JOYFUL MOVEMENT, and INTUITIVE EATING.

I focus on longterm change, not temporary “quick-fixes”. I’ve always been a very client-focused trainer, so I truly believe that YOU are the expert in you. You know your goals, your time, your preferences. You know what feels right and what doesn’t fit into your life. I take all that in and help carve out the proper path for you. You’re in the driver seat, I help you to navigate and get where you want to go.
