12 Week Behaviour Change Program

This program is designed to build the habits and mindset to create the Healthy Lifestyle of your dreams

This program includes weekly 1-1 calls via Zoom or phone where we will do coaching on nutrition, fitness, habit building, body image, and mindset as necessary and relevant to you. We will grow habits slowly step by step to create longterm and sustainable change in all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. This program also includes a weekly group class on Zoom, custom programming, access to Trainerize where you will find your program and can track habits and progress, and any relevant resources.
